I’ve spent the last 8+ years helping organisations implement and adopt digital platforms, working across customers, operations, and technology to help teams get real value from the tools they invest in.
Across roles at Uber, Fresha, Fergus, and Canva, I’ve led onboarding, implementation, enablement, and customer success for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers. A consistent thread throughout my work has been helping businesses operationalise complex platforms in ways that are practical, scalable, and actually usable day to day.
Over time, I became particularly interested in the space between implementation and adoption, the gap between rolling out a tool and embedding it successfully across a business.
While I’ve worked across a range of industries and platforms, much of my recent experience has focused on helping B2B teams implement and scale Canva effectively, from governance and workflows to training, enablement, and cross-functional adoption.
I started TLDR to help organisations move beyond simply having Canva to using it in a way that creates long-term business value.
