How it works.
Working together is simple. We start by understanding the problem properly - then decide the best way to solve it.01 - START WITH A FOCUS SESSION
Everything starts here (well, through the BOOK NOW button).
Before the session, you’ll complete a short intake form so I can understand your setup, what you’ve tried, and where things feel stuck.
In our 60–90 minute session, we’ll:
- Diagnose the real issue (not just the symptoms)
- Identify where you’re losing time, traction, or results
- Cut through what’s unclear or overcomplicated
- Give you clear, practical next steps
You’ll leave with immediate clarity on what to fix first — and how to move forward.
This is designed to give you value straight away, and help us determine if deeper work makes sense.
02 - AUDIT, IMPLEMENT & IMPROVE
If there’s more to do, we move into a focused engagement.
This is where we take what we’ve uncovered - and actually fix it.
Depending on what’s needed, this might include:
- Improving how your tools are implemented
- Increasing adoption across your team
- Refining workflows, processes, and setup
- Removing blockers that are slowing things down
You’ll get hands-on support, structured guidance, and a clear path forward - not just advice.
This is where real results happen.03 - ONGOING SUPPORT & OPTIMISATION
Keep things working - and working better.
For ongoing support, we can continue working together to refine what’s already in place, improve performance over time, and adapt as your needs evolve.
This includes:
- Ongoing access for questions and problem-solving
- Regular check-ins and working sessions as needed
- Continuous optimisation of your setup, workflows, and usage
Ideal if you want consistent support—not just a one-off fix.NOT SURE WHERE YOU FIT?
If you’re unsure whether TLDR is the right fit, you can reach out directly at hello@toolongdidntread.com.au or book a complimentary 30-minute call (HERE) to find out more.
This is a short conversation to understand your situation, answer any questions about how I work and what’s included, and determine whether there’s a clear opportunity to work together.
It doesn’t include problem-solving or recommendations—but it will help you decide on the right next step.
